my body been very tired lately.
and having headache for like 2 weeks.
is really killing me. wanted to see doctor but afriad it affect my training.
wat a dumb person rtye? *my mates call me dumb
cos i think is temp cos of the weather changing.
but it seem like is no recovering at all.
perhaps i shld really see the doctor SOON !

recently i finish reading at book call
"Tuesday with Morrie" by Mitch Albom
is a like story between a professor and a student
very touching scene inside which i really learn how to apperiate life.
just to share some of the learning lines in the books.

"when you learn you die, you learn to live"
this phrase tell me that we dunno how impt is our life when we still alive.
when you die-ing den you realise everything is jus very impt to you.


"love each other or perish"
this line is so true. cause in our daily life.
we seem to neglect things around us.

"without love we are birds with broken wings"
A bird need wings to fly.
so a human need love to get going.
love can be like friendship, family and pet.
this are the people who really will be there when you need them the most.

"forgive yourself then forgive others"
this simply jus mean when mistakes come.
we jus simply push to another party.
no one will realise that sometimes is just really they fault and they dunno.
ask yourself what mistake happen before blaming the wrong person.

"Each night, when i go to sleep, i die.
and the next morning when i woke up, i am reborn"
this pharse i really think is true. make yesterday a history and today a new chapter.

i think this is really alot.
