hello peeps !! Finally the run is finish.
i dunno whether issit a good thing or bad thing .
cause i cannot train with my friends anymore.
but another hand i think i can stop running liao.
nevertheless we complete the 21KM run !
i thought i did a good job @ the timing of 1H45M.
EXCELLENT EFFORT ! (:


we went to the event at 4:30am for warm up and get ready.
after that we have our run flag off at 5:30am.
the starting was so messy ! pushing here and there.
so we just run and run and still run.
we saw alot of motivators along the way.
i think is kind of a enjoy cause it will ease off the pain somehow ! LOLS.
let me share some performance was done there.
that is cheerleaders, belly Dancers (SEXY), bands and more ++


well ! i guess we did a good job GUARDS! even thought we never get first.
but at least all of us complete the run ! well done !
