Okay ! i here to update ! YAY? OK lame.
been training hard for Army Half Marathon.
i would say i improve by alot. seriously !!
did i mention before my team for AHM.
they are Timothy, Ian, Terence and ZhiXiang. got another guy idk his name.
this week training was kind of fun i guess.
and we complete 18KM run yesterday ! yeah !!
what else to blog? i think no more. bye !!
